The Ropes and Pulleys Training System movement poster provides a convenient training reference that is loaded with useful information.
The poster covers the Cyclone100 pulleys, the Brazilian Tug O Wars, and the Performance Harness.
In the Cyclone 100 section, 4 exercises are featured along with basic instructions for the use of the climbing harness.The Brazilian Tug O War section features 8 exercises that can be done with either of the Brazilian Tug O War models (the 2 drum PRO or the 1 drum Varsity).
