Ground based Diagonal Resistance is the most underrated form of resistance training in the gym but the most common OUTSIDE the gym. Diagonal resistance incorporates gravity and friction as seen in most sports and other physical tasks.

The power swing is a pendulum like attachment that enables you to do ground based diagonal presses, rows, squatting and lunges.

Change the length of the pendulum radius with the adjustable straps to accommodate the height of the individual or change the Diagonal angle to either vertical or horizontal dominant.

The Sled Simulator is the only “sled” that enables you to work both the concentric and the eccentric muscle contraction. Prowlers/sleds or self propelled treadmills only work the concentric muscle contraction.

The adjustable uprights allow you to set the desire width for a natural fit and ease of movement without adding unwanted stress to the joints.

The Sled Simulator uses a diagonal force line (horizontal dominant) to synergistically strengthen the glutes, quads, and calf muscles in the direction most sports and other physical tasks are performed outside the gym.
