Most issues stem from lack of strength or improper positioning due to muscular imbalance. This can lead to uneven wear and damage to the cartilage, inflamed bursa, and stress to ligaments.
Muscular imbalance can cause the socket of the shoulder to be abnormally rotated forward and toward the center of the body.
Most of the time, it is a strength imbalance or a mobility/flexibility imbalance. In other words, improper positioning of the shoulder socket strips your arm of its range of motion.
This is known as impingement and impingement = pain.
The Cyclone52 used in conjunction with a cable pulley machine will help you build natural strength and restore muscular balance in and around the shoulder joint.
