Jorge and the whole Purmotion Team are wonderful in their customer service. Before I get to that, let me say that the War Hammer has been a total game changer in my and my workout partner’s programming and training. It’s provided us with an ever-evolving arsenal of multiplanar movements to challenge our fitness while using landmines at our gym. Especially, compound movements in the transverse plane which many people neglect.

As for Jorge and the team, their customer service has been exemplary. Twice I experience issues with defective parts, and there was never any hesitation on Purmotion’s part to completely replace these items at no cost to me. As long as this quality of product and care to customer continues, I will be a loyal customer.

The War Hammer is a spectacular piece of equipment. It’s allowed my workout partner and me to continually evolve our programming and training and challenge ourselves with an array of multiplanar compound movements. Especially, in the transverse plane which is important yet neglected by so many gymgoers.

Not to mention… Jorge and his entire team are absolutely wonderful at customer service. Twice I have had issues with part defects, and each time Purmotion has replaced these parts without hesitation and at no cost to me. As long as Purmotion continues to guarantee superb quality and exemplary customer service while innovating, I will continue to be a loyal customer and recommend to anyone.
