I’ve recently reintroduced landmine exercises into my routine. After a week of getting used to it, I’ve changed my core routine to incorporate the rotational benefits of the Omega exercises. My core workouts are now much shorter and much more effective than before – just 3 rounds of balance board planks, Bearfights, and Uppercuts. The Omega is a well-designed and solid piece of equipment. Highly recommended!
