Named after Austrian mountaineer Karl Prusik, the Prusik Loop can be used a variety of ways:

1) To tie a Prusik knot used as a rope shortener

2) As a choker around a large 3 strand rope

3) As a choker around a pipe for an anchor point

4) As a basket sling

In the PurMotion world, the Prusik Loop is commonly used with the Airfit and the Cyclone100.

When you don’t have access to a cable machine, webbing bands are an easy and portable option for use with Core Bars or Basic Handles. These bands are available in 4 different strengths:

Light

Medium

Heavy

Very Heavy

NOTE: All bands will eventually wear and break–it’s just the nature of the beast. Ours are warrantied for 6 months in a commercial environment.

These ropes are 1.5 inch diameter, 3 strand ropes. They are made of 50% polyester and 50% danline so they are soft and easy on the hands. Available in 2 lengths:

When the Olympic Bar is too heavy, enter the PurBar to the rescue. The PurBar makes Renegade exercises accessible to people that can’t quite manage the weight of the standard Olympic Bar.

Need a quick anchor point for your Airfit or resistance bands? Simply insert the Door Anchor and close the door. Works great in hotels or at home when you don’t have a permanent anchor point. Note: Works best on the closing side of the door when it is not a solid door.

Perfect for use with the War Hammer Plus when resting the handle on your shoulder when doing lower body exercises.

A set of commercial grade handles for use with the Airfit, Webbing Bands or cable machines.

These are the same slings that are part of the Airfit. They are available for use on their own in a variety of applications. They work well as cable machine attachments. Sold in Pairs.

A set of commercial grade Gym Rings. Available with 1 inch straps or Rings only.

Gym Rings can be inserted into the UltraSlings of the Airfit for a unique grip option that does not abrade the side of the arm when in use. This Gym Ring/UltraSling combo can also be used as a cable machine attachment.

Choke these straps around a pole or other object to create an instant anchor point.
