The unequal loading of the War Hammers not only builds your strength, but also your coordination, balance and proprioception better than isolated strength movements alone. The ground-based movements of the War Hammers get your entire body involved to unlock better body awareness and control. When you combine strength with awareness and control, you become a force to be reckoned with.

Get a better grip

If you can't grip it, it's hard to rip it. The War Hammers bring a smaller diameter grip to the end of the bar. This smaller grip makes it easier to use and it keeps the alignment of wrist optimal. The War Hammers also put just enough distance between you and the weight to make complex movements easier to execute such as the Landmine SL RDL.
