Move freely in any direction

     The pulleys of the Performance Harness adjust with you as you move. This allows the user to go from one exercise to the other without having to stop and adjust.
     All you have to do is change your position on the fly whether it be forward, backward, or sideways. By training these muscles in various fashion, you can eliminate many of the tight IT band issues that plague athletes.

     The Performance Harness allows you to take resisted locomotion to a whole new level by allowing you to move freely in any direction without your hands being tied.
     In addition to building muscle, the smooth cyclical loading action pumps nutrients into your joints providing more lubrication, greater flexibility and range of motion.

Use with cable machines or sleds

     The Performance Harness is available in two configurations: the Harness only and the Harness Sled Package. The difference is the Harness Sled Package adds an additional pulley and rope for cylindrical body motion.
If you already have a PurMotion Airfit, you can use this pulley with your harness.
     Choose Harness only if you will be using a cable machine with two attachment points within 4 feet of each other, or if you will use your Airfit pulley with your harness.
     Choose Harness Sled Package if you will be attaching to a single point--either cable machine or sled.
